Q) Why don’t you use a shopping cart with direct payment? A) We believe in full customer service. Dealing directly with customers lets us offer advice as well as ensure that we have the goods in stock. In the unlikely event we run out of an item, we can advise the customer before they purchase
Q) I live in New Zealand, can I just pick up my order? A) Unfortunately we do not allow pick ups. The nature of our business means that we have no actual store and our warehouse is not set up to deal directly with customers.
Q) Can I still buy if I don’t have a credit card? A) We also accept money orders, western union, cheques and direct bank deposits. Please visit this page for more information
Q) Can you make a false declaration so an illegal item will get into my country? A) Of course not. This is against international laws and we will not be party to any illegal activity.
Q) I am slightly embarrassed to order. How do you protect me A) We package all items discreetly and securely. When you purchase from us with a credit card we will never add the name of the item you purchased to the statement. It will be a non descript entry on your statement that will not mention our site. The only time that the package may not be discreet is when we have to declare what the item is for overseas customs. This is unavoidable for items going overseas that are larger then a letter.
Q) I need an invoice for tax reasons can you provide one A) Of course. Please just let us know and we are more then happy to provide this.
Q) How long will it take to arrive after I have paid? A) It normally takes around 8 to 14 days. Sometimes it can take longer and sometimes shorter.
